And, we love to do it in a delicious way – with tequila, tacos, fajitas and other Mexican eats.

Gringos & Mariachis, located at 4928 Cordell Ave. which is a 12 minute walk from your Elm apartment, is a Mexican joint with rustic decor and edgy murals known for its taco-heavy menu and creative margaritas.
The concept for Gringos & Mariachis was created by Roberto & Riccardo Pietrobono, owners of the very popular Olazzo restaurants in Bethesda and Silver Spring. With the help of their longtime friend and co-owner Marc Miranian, this authentic Mexican restaurant quickly became a neighborhood landmark in Bethesda.
Guapo’s Restaurant, located at 8130 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda which is a 13 minute walk from your Elm apartment, is a Mexican restaurant known for its feel-good attitude, sizable burritos and other classic eats, plus margarita pitchers.
Guapo’s Restaurant was founded by the Rincon family, who arrived in Virginia in the late 1970s. The founders believed that their business should provide opportunity and pride to demonstrate their dedication to their hometown and the metropolitan area. Now, their children continue the same aspirations as their grandparents did when they arrived 50 years ago.
