Every year across the globe, Christmas Villages pop up in major cities, full of unique gifts and foods you can enjoy and give to your loved ones.

“Christkindlmarkts” started in Germany, but have become increasingly more popular in America over the past decade. Luckily for us, Bethesda has been ahead of the game and we have a very popular Holiday Market less than ten minutes from your Elm.

Bethesda Central Christmas Market – Normally a year-round farmers’ market, this December the Central Farms Market will be transforming in a Christmas market on December 24. You can pick up all your food and gift items for the Christmas holiday at this market just a ten minute walk away on Arlington Road. Enjoy local vendors such as Stella*s PopKern, Bun’d Up, and MeatCrafters to get some unique delicacies for your holiday meals, or check out some of the craft vendors such as Rockville Potters for your last minute gift items. The market will go from 9:30 to 1:30PM, so make sure you make time in the morning to head over!
