Gringos & Mariachis, located at 4928 Cordell Ave., Bethesda which is a three minute drive from your Elm apartment, serves a taco-heavy menu and creative margaritas at this Mexican joint with rustic decor and edgy murals.

The concept for Gringos & Mariachis was created by Roberto & Riccardo Pietrobono, owners of the very popular Olazzo restaurants in Bethesda and Silver Spring. With the help of their longtime friend and co-owner Marc Miranian, this authentic Mexican restaurant quickly became a neighborhood landmark in Bethesda. The dramatic décor, which includes tattoo art-style murals on brick walls, antique-looking liquor cabinets, faux finish wood tables and roped chandeliers, gives the restaurant a trendy feel.

Guapo’s Restaurant, located at 8130 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda which is a three minute drive from your Elm apartment, offers sizable burritos and other classic Mexican eats, plus margarita pitchers.

Guapo’s believes a great dining experience begins with family. At their restaurant, they combine great atmosphere with friendly staff and quality food.
