We are excited to announce that The Elm pre-leasing commences on Thursday, October 29th. Meet the leasing team as they pop-up at various locations in Bethesda to help you find the perfect new apartment home at The Elm, where living takes shape! First available move-in dates will be in February 2021.

Thursday, October 29: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Cesco Osteria, 7401 Woodmont Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814

The Elm leasing team is popping up at Cesco Osteria, located at 7410 Woodmont Avenue, in the private dining area. For all prospective residents who attend, you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Cesco Osteria gift card to enjoy Tuscan inspired cuisine.

The Elm leasing team is popping up at Equinox, located at 4905 Elm Street, in the main lobby. For all prospective residents who attend, Equinox is inviting you and a guest to experience the stunning space that makes Equinox a club like no other with a complimentary 3-day pass.
